A vacuum sealer is essential for sous vide cooking in order to seal the food airtight in a film bag beforehand. The GourmetVAC 380 vacuum sealing system not only offers a wealth of functionality but also impresses with its ease of use. For example, an LED bar provides information on the progress of the vacuum process. Both manual sealing and automatic vacuuming and sealing are possible with the device, which features a powerful 15-litre vacuum pump. The double heat seals guarantee absolutely airtight vacuum protection.
Another special feature of the GourmetVAC 380 vacuum sealing system is the patented locking handle. By turning the wing handle, the sealing bar is automatically pressed tightly against the film and clicks into place, ensuring the bag is closed perfectly and absolutely airtight. If desired, the vacuum strength and sealing time can be adjusted individually. This additional function is particularly practical for delicate, moist, or marinated foods. Additionally, the GourmetVAC 380 features a practical removable vacuum chamber. This allows liquid residues, for example from marinating, to be rinsed out quickly and easily under the tap.
The compact SV 1200 Smart sous vide cooker is ideal for cooking steaks, tender fish fillets, or tasty vegetables to Michelin-star standards. Suitable for use in almost all heat-resistant vessels, this practical kitchen assistant is both compact and powerful. The temperature can be intuitively set in 0.5°C increments from 45° to 90°C via the touch control. The device is completely waterproof according to the IPX7 standard.
Thanks to 3D circulation, a constant temperature is achieved through continuous water circulation, ensuring that food is cooked evenly. The slightly angled display allows for optimal reading of the set temperature, the current temperature reached, and the remaining cooking time. The selectable timer function also proves extremely practical, which can be programmed in 1-minute increments. After use, the SV 1200 Smart sous vide cooker can be cleaned quickly and easily and stored away to save space. Together with the free CASO Control App, the sous vide cooker can also optionally be managed and monitored via a smartphone.
