Juicers / Slow Juicers

More juice, more vitamins, more flavour

Looking to buy a juicer? At CASO Design, you will find the best juicers and slow juicers!

With a slow juicer from CASO Design, fruit, vegetables, or even herbs are juiced particularly gently at a speed of only 50-60 rpm. The slowly rotating pressing screw reduces heat development, ensuring that valuable vitamins, enzymes, trace elements, and minerals are preserved. The pulp remaining after juicing is collected in a 0.7-litre container and can be further used as a fresh addition to soups or salads. The pressed juice flows into another container or directly into your glass.

Slow juicers have up to 30% higher juice yield than conventional juicers

With "slow juicing", the juice yield is up to 30 per cent higher than with conventional juicers. CASO Design slow juicers get the best out of fruit and vegetables and are suitable for both hard and soft fruits. The result is a fresh, homogeneous, and rich juice that not only tastes delicious and aromatic but is also high in vitamins and nutrients. For particularly versatile applications, the SJW 500 and the SJW 300 offer both a juice and a sorbet strainer. In addition, these professional juicers feature an XXL feeding tube (75mm Ø) for whole fruits such as apples, pears, and carrots – so no pre-cutting or peeling of ingredients is necessary.

With an electric slow juicer for fruit and vegetables, healthy juices are easily homemade

For us, freshly pressed juices – especially green juices – are an essential part of a conscious and healthy diet. Fresh juices allow us to consume vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytonutrients quickly and in a concentrated form.

JuiceFit: for more juice and more vitamins

The JuiceFit is the latest addition to CASO Design’s new product line in elegant matt black. The compact designer slow juicer is a particularly gentle way to make juice, getting the best out of vegetables, fruit and herbs. The result? Highest quality juice – in the blink of an eye.

A slow rotation of just 40 rpm makes cold juicing of beetroot, broccoli or ginger possible, thus preserving valuable vitamins and nutrients. Parallel to this, slow juicing increases the amount of juice obtained by up to 30 percent compared to conventional centrifuges. So, the JuiceFit not only delivers better juice but also a significantly larger quantity.

Fill’n Juice: for whole fruits

Despite its compact size, the JuiceFit has a feeding tube with 105 mm diameter, making it big enough to take whole fruits, such as apples. This means that you don’t have to precut the fruit; instead you can get started right away. The result is a fresh, homogenous, wholesome juice that not only tastes aromatic and great, but is also packed with vitamins and nutrients. And that’s not all! The JuiceFit is also perfect for making your own almond milk.

Juicer / Slow Juicer FAQs – Answers to frequently asked questions

What are the advantages of a slow juicer?

  1. Gentle and careful juicing thanks to low speeds (60 rpm): The slowly rotating pressing screw prevents heat development, ensuring that valuable nutrients, enzymes, and vitamins are preserved.
  2. Less oxidation: Certain substances/ingredients react with oxygen, meaning oxidation occurs. This also destroys nutrients and affects the taste of the juice. While centrifugal juicers swirl a particularly high amount of oxygen into the juice, oxidation is significantly lower with a slow-rotating juicer. As a result, "slow juicing" preserves valuable vitamins, and the juices have a higher nutrient and fibre density.
  3. Up to 30% higher juice yield: Slow juicers extract more juice from the same ingredients compared to centrifugal juicers, which can save costs in the long term.
  4. Longer shelf life: Due to lower oxidation and reduced oxygen contact, juice from a slow juicer has a longer shelf life than juice from centrifugal juicers.
  5. Preservation of nutrients & better juice quality: The higher juice quality and preserved nutrient content make juices from a slow juicer (vertical juicer) a healthy choice for a balanced diet. The juice produced by a slow juicer is often clearer and more intense in flavour. The slow pressing ensures a higher juice yield and less foam formation.
  6. Versatility: Slow juicers can process a wide range of ingredients, including leafy greens, hard vegetables, fruit, and even nuts.
  7. Low noise level: Slow juicers are generally quieter in operation than a conventional electric juicer.
  8. Easy cleaning: Thanks to the included cleaning brush and detachable individual parts, CASO Design slow juicers are easy to disassemble and clean, making maintenance straightforward.

Which types of fruit and vegetables are particularly suitable for juicing / "slow juicing"?

  • Fruit: Apples, pears, berries, grapes

  • Citrus fruits: Lemons, oranges, limes, grapefruits

  • Leafy greens: Spinach, kale, chard, broccoli, parsley

  • Root vegetables: Beetroot, carrots, turnips, radishes

  • Celery, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, and much more.

What can the pulp be used for?

The pulp remaining after juicing fruit and vegetables is collected in a separate container. These pressing remains can be further processed, for example, as a fresh addition to soups, salads, or cakes.
