Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cantaloupe melon, peeled
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 2 limes, peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of mint

Preparation:

Wash the cucumber, carrots and mint, peel the limes and melon and place all the ingredients in the juicer.

Recipe idea: Green juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cucumber

Preparation:

Wash the apples, baby spinach and cucumber and place all the ingredients in the juicer.

Recipe idea: Refreshing kale kick

Pure fruit juices should be avoided as far as possible due to their high sugar content. Vegetable juices, which also contain more minerals, are much better. They can of course also be mixed with a (small) proportion of fruit juice. This is very easy with the slowjuicers from CASO Design: simply close the juice spout and the juices are mixed directly in the sieve compartment.

Ingredients (for approx. 1 litre of juice):

  • 3 green kiwis
  • 3 apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 160 g kale
  • To decorate: Fresh mint

Preparation:

Wash the apples, cucumber and kale, peel the lime and place all the ingredients in the juicer. Serve with fresh mint.
