Cooking- and tear-resistant bags and rolls with a ribbed structure ensure a perfect vacuum. They are available in various sizes. The film is microwave-safe and ideal for sous vide dishes. Your food is securely vacuum-sealed with a vacuum level of approximately 90% at -0.8 bar. This keeps it fresh longer without the need for preservatives. It’s also ideal for portioning and storing food or for sous vide cooking.

Two things are essential for perfect storage and optimal protection of food: a tightly sealed seam and high-quality vacuum bag material. A double seam seals the vacuum bag with two parallel seams in a single vacuuming process. This ensures that the contents remain fully protected.

To ensure a tight seal even when sealing moist food, the “moist” setting uses a longer sealing time than the “dry” setting. With this longer sealing time, food is securely sealed even if there is liquid beneath the seal.

The advantages are clear: When cooking sous vide, the natural flavor of the food is preserved, the meat becomes tender and juicy, nutrients, vitamins, and trace elements are retained, and vegetables remain crisp and vibrant in color.

So simple and perfect
Preparing a sous vide dish is very simple. No prior experience is necessary to achieve perfect results. The actual dish is assembled when filling the bag. All the basic ingredients are sealed in a vacuum bag with oil, spices, and vegetables, and then cooked completely automatically in water at low temperatures.

Marinating and seasoning before vacuum sealing also yields better results. To use sous vide in the kitchen, you therefore need a vacuum sealer and a cooking device that maintains a constant temperature during cooking.
