The new JET AIR System: Turbine power instead of grease filters

Clinically clean: JET AIR System – The future of recirculating air technology
More hygienic, simpler, and more sustainable: The new CASO Design JET AIR System sets new standards in the field of built-in cooktops. It requires no regular filter changes, is space-saving to install, and can be cleaned completely hygienically.

100% hygienic:
The drip tray and turbine ring of the JET AIR System can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The odor filter made of carbon fiber mats only needs to be replaced every two to three years. With conventional appliances, a complete replacement of the odor filter is recommended every 3 to 6 months (depending on the type of odor filter), as it cannot be cleaned. Grease filters do not need to be replaced—they are unnecessary!

So it smells just like it did before cooking!
An odor filter is necessary in a recirculating system because the air circulates in the room. The odor filter traps odor molecules from the air. The JET AIR System, which is integrated upstream in CASO Design appliances, already separates up to 95% of the odor molecules, so the odor filter is hardly ever used and can last up to five years. The odor filter further reduces odor molecules by up to 98%, so that virtually no cooking odors are detectable.

Up to 98% odor-free air

  • Clean air, up to 95% grease and oil separation
  • The odor filter only needs to be replaced every 2.5 to 5 years
  • Grease separation / no resin buildup
  • Consistent extraction performance, no resistance in the JET AIR system
  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Also partially filters water vapor via the centrifuge
  • No room ventilation
  • Ideal for enclosed spaces
  • High energy savings (suitable for energy-efficient homes)
  • No loss of suction power = consistently stable performance

Efficient and thorough cleaning: JET AIR = 100% hygienic

Here’s how JET AIR Separation Technology works:
Similar to a jet nozzle, JET AIR Separation Technology compresses the air, forcing impurities out and collecting them in a tray that can be completely cleaned. This revolutionary technology removes up to 95% of grease and oil particles directly from the air. This eliminates the need for conventional, less effective grease filters with lower cleaning power. These filters achieve only up to a maximum of 75% grease separation efficiency at grease separation class D. JET AIR Separation Technology achieves grease separation class A according to the DIN standard.

Easy installation with smart technology
With our innovative plug-in kit, installation is a breeze. The kit consists of just two components. The induction cooktop comes with a convenient rail mechanism into which the JET AIR System is hooked and integrated into the kitchen drawer.

First, the induction cooktop is placed in the cutout. The JET AIR system can now be adjusted to the desired height. The induction cooktop is secured to the cabinet using the included mounting brackets. The JET AIR system can then be hung into the rail mechanism. Finally, simply connect the electronic components—and you’re done.

Unlike other exhaust systems, no duct needs to be routed through other cabinets. Approximately one-third of the cabinet space is sufficient to integrate the JET AIR system.
