“The professional kitchen assistant” impressed Haus & Garten Test magazine in their 5/2021 issue. The CASO SV 900 was awarded a “very good (1.3)” rating and simultaneously crowned the test winner.

The high-quality CASO SV 900 sous vide cooker impressed with its short heating time and temperatures reached quickly thanks to its powerful 2000 watts. Haus & Garten Test also particularly praised the large 9l tank as well as the two large stainless steel racks for up to five sous vide bags. Due to the generous space in the cooking container, several food items can be prepared in parallel.

CASO SV 900 – full sous vide power

The CASO Sous Vide SV 900 combines elegant design and strong performance in one appliance. The professional water circulation technology ensures even vacuum cooking in a water bath. Perfect for sous vide cooking, making yoghurt, warming baby food in jars, tempering couverture in bags, and much more. Thanks to the FINETEMP function, the temperature can be set with precision in 0.1°C increments within a range of 30-90°C. Up to 9l of water are heated quickly thanks to 2000 watts, and the two stainless steel racks provide space for up to 5 sous vide bags. The timer (up to 99 hours) reliably reminds you when the cooking time is up. After use, the water is conveniently drained via a drainage hose.
