Recipe idea: Breaded feta from the airfryer
You should definitely try this delicious breaded feta from the Airfryer.
Ingredients:
- 200 g feta
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- Honey (to serve)
- Fresh salad (to serve)
- Baguette (as a side dish)
Preparation:
- You can prepare the breading according to your taste, we have prepared a mixture of breadcrumbs, thyme, oregano and lemon pepper and rolled the feta first in flour, then in egg and then in the breadcrumbs with the spices.
- The whole thing is then placed in the airfryer for approx. 8 minutes at 190 - 200°C.
- We served the feta with honey on salad with baguette. It's worth trying!
