The "KM 1800 Black" kitchen machine ensures perfect results as it is equipped with planetary mixing action: this blends the ingredients optimally, because the attachment not only moves along the edge of the bowl but also rotates around its own axis.

This elegant stand mixer with a matt black cast aluminium housing and a powerful 1,800 watts offers ten individually adjustable speed settings and an LED display with touch control. Depending on your preference, a timer function with auto-stop or a counter function to keep track of the operating time can be set. The new designer kitchen machine is available with either a large six-litre stainless steel bowl with a handle (KM 1800 Black-E) or a 4.5-litre glass bowl with a handle, spout, and measuring scale (KM 1800 Black-G).

Plenty of accessories

The KM 1800 Black includes a non-stick dough hook and a non-stick flat beater, a whisk, a splash guard with a feeding chute, and a silicone spatula. Available separately are a pasta maker consisting of three attachments, a multi-grater with three drum inserts, a meat mincer attachment with three grinding discs and three stainless steel sausage nozzles, as well as a spare bowl with stainless steel or glass accessories.

The CASO Design FW 2500 mincer offers countless options for creating burger patties, meat balls, minced meat, tofu sausages, vegetable patties, spritz biscuits or spreads. It simply doesn’t come any fresher and you decide on the ingredients.

Instead of buying ready-minced meat for a burger, create your own patties according to your own individual taste. Delivering a maximum of 2,500 watts, the powerful motor can quickly process up to 2.5 kilos of food and easily minces raw or cooked meat, fish, vegetables and much more. In addition to its convenient 2-speed operation, the FW 2500 also impresses with a durable and high quality titanium-coated blade and a practical reverse function to efficiently unclog blockages and remove residuals. A large aluminium filling tray is included, as well as a 2-in-1 collection tray that also serves as a cover for the filling tray. Powered by a durable DC motor, he FW 2500 is also quieter in comparison to appliances driven by AC motors.

Includes a burger press and more

The Design mincer also includes a burger press to make two patty sizes and filled patties. Also included with this stylish and versatile appliance are;three stainless steel cutting plates (3 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm), a sausage filler, a spritz biscuit attachment with four shapes and a pusher. As all the parts are easily installed and removed, cleaning is virtually effortless. Especially practical: the accessories can be stored in the large, space-saving aluminium filling tray after use.
