Recipe idea: Burgers with the meat grinder from CASO Design

Ingredients:

• 1.2 kg beef (for mincing)
• 6 burger buns
• 6 slices cheese
• Lettuce
• Pickled gherkins
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 100 ml BBQ sauce
• 100 ml mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp sugar

Preparation:

1. Cut the beef into cubes, mince it while cold and season with salt and pepper. Shape into burger patties (approx. 160 g each) and chill.
2. Slice the tomatoes and onions, wash the lettuce and cut the gherkins. Sauté the onions in olive oil with sugar until lightly browned.
3. Toast the burger buns and fry the patties on both sides. Top with onions and cheese and allow the cheese to melt.
4. Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom buns, add lettuce, tomato and gherkins, place the patties on top and finish with mayonnaise on the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
