Design Portafilter machine with conical burr grinder: EspressoGourmet & Grind

Experience coffee at its finest with the EspressoGourmet & Grind – a premium portafilter machine that blends professional extraction with exceptional freshness. Its integrated stainless-steel conical grinder delivers freshly ground coffee directly into the portafilter, minimising oxidation and preserving every nuance of flavour. Combined with the powerful 20-bar Ulka pump, it ensures full aroma development and a beautifully rich crema in every cup.

Choose from three precisely calibrated temperature settings – 90 °C, 93 °C or 96 °C – to tailor each espresso to your personal taste. For even more versatility, the innovative Cold Function allows you to prepare refreshing iced coffee drinks with ease. The automatic pre-infusion system guarantees consistently even extraction, while the high-quality stainless-steel steam wand produces wonderfully creamy, velvety milk foam for indulgent cappuccinos and latte macchiatos.
Thanks to its efficient thermoblock heating system, the EspressoGourmet & Grind is ready to use in no time. Operation is intuitive via sensor-touch controls and an elegant colour display that keeps you informed about temperature, brewing time and grinding duration at a glance.

Completing the experience is a comprehensive accessory set: two single-wall and two double-wall stainless-steel filter inserts (for one or two cups each) – backed by the CASO crema guarantee – plus a premium, extra-heavy metal tamper for perfect coffee preparation.

The Portafilter Machine for Connoisseurs: EspressoGourmet Advanced

With the EspressoGourmet Advanced, you can prepare coffee specialities just like the professionals. Featuring three independent heating systems for coffee, steam and hot water, this high-quality portafilter machine is ideal for exceptional coffee enjoyment, effortless milk frothing and the rapid dispensing of hot water.

The heavy stainless-steel portafilter with a diameter of 58 mm works together with the powerful 19-bar Ulka pump to deliver full aroma and an optimal crema. The temperature can be set precisely in increments of 2 °C from 88 to 96 °C, while the brewing time can be adjusted in 0.5-second steps between 20 and 40 seconds. Brewing pressure is shown on the integrated manometer, with temperature and time displayed on the LED screen. Thanks to the automatic pre-infusion function, the coffee is extracted evenly.
The EspressoGourmet Advanced comes with two premium stainless-steel portafilters fitted with wooden handles: one with two spouts, and one bottomless portafilter that provides a clear view of the extraction process. This helps to identify issues such as channeling immediately and supports improved tamping technique.

The extensive accessories for this premium design portafilter machine also include two stainless-steel filter inserts for one or two cups, a stainless-steel tamper, and a measuring spoon with an integrated tamper. The reliable Thermoblock heating system is equipped with overheating protection and a safety solenoid valve for automatic pressure release.
