The most wonderful time of the year is here: harvest season.

Freshly pressed or gently dried?
When fruit trees groan under the weight of ripe fruit, berries glisten with sweetness, and the vegetable garden displays all its variety, the most wonderful time of the year begins: harvest time. But what to do with all those apples, pears, tomatoes, plums, or carrots when the harvest is especially bountiful?

Full flavor, naturally preserved
With slow juicing and dehydrating, ripe fruit and fresh vegetables aren’t just easily used up—they’re transformed into delicious moments of enjoyment.
Slow juicing extracts juice from fruits and vegetables in a particularly gentle way. This preserves many of the natural flavors, turning sun-ripened ingredients into fresh juices, creative shots, or the perfect base for smoothies and sorbets.

Harvest Time Is Treat Time
If you want to enjoy your harvest for longer, try dehydrating. By gently removing moisture, apples, pears, plums, and berries are transformed into flavorful fruit snacks that preserve the taste of summer. Vegetables are also ideal: crispy vegetable chips, dried tomatoes, or aromatic herbs add variety to your cooking and help reduce food waste.
This turns a bountiful harvest into a pantry full of delicious treats. Whether freshly pressed or gently dried—slow juicing and dehydrating open up a wide range of possibilities for making the most of the season’s natural treasures and preserving their flavor well beyond harvest time. Fresh fruits and vegetables are transformed into aromatic juices, fruity snacks, or long-lasting staples that, even months later, still evoke memories of sunny harvest days.
