Recipe idea: Rucki Zucki mug cake
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate drops
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 egg
Preparation:
- Pour the flour, sugar and baking powder into a cup. Then mix this together.
- Add the milk, oil and egg and mix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Set the microwave to 900 watts for approx. 2 minutes.
- If the cake is still soft, microwave for another 20-30 seconds.
