No complicated programs or confusing buttons - simply set, start, done. This manually operated microwave offers six power levels up to 700 watts, so you can precisely control everything from gentle defrosting to rapid heating.

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3 basil sprigs
- 1½ garlic cloves
- 15 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cherry tomato
- 15 g Parmesan
- ⅓ yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 80 g mozzarella
- 5 mixed olives
- Salami sticks
- Passata (strained tomatoes)
Preparation
- Finely chop the bell pepper, mozzarella, salami, cherry tomato, and olives.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves.
- Blend the Parmesan, basil, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and passata into a chunky tomato sauce.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, then stir in the milk and olive oil to form a batter.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and spread the tomato mixture on top.
- Add the salami, bell pepper, olives, tomatoes, and mozzarella as toppings.
- Cook in the microwave for approximately 13 minutes at full power.
- Allow to cool briefly, then serve and enjoy.
