The new M 20 Ceramic Gourmet from CASO Design is perfect for gently defrosting, evenly heating and cooking food. Thanks to the innovative CASOTEK® base with microwave reflector and the diamond-shaped rear wall, the waves are distributed particularly evenly and efficiently so that the food is heated optimally.

Multi-stage cooking and easy operation
The M 20 Ceramic Gourmet redefines the possibilities of your kitchen preparation. With eight automatic programs, including special programs for vegetables, fish and pizza, as well as a practical defrost function, it offers a wide range of culinary options. In addition, the multi-stage cooking function enables individual combinations of cooking processes - be it defrosting followed by a microwave treatment or two microwave cycles with different power levels. Operation is child's play thanks to the rotary controls, buttons and clear white LED display with clock.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 200 g thinly sliced bacon
- 2 cups grated cheese (e.g. Cheddar or Gouda)
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Tomato slices, avocado, or other favorite toppings (optional)
Preparation
- Arrange the bacon slices on a microwave-safe plate and gently thaw using the defrost function.
- Place the wraps on a work surface and generously sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Top with bacon and add herbs, tomato slices, avocado, or other desired ingredients.
- Roll the wraps tightly.
- Heat in the microwave until the cheese has melted and the bacon becomes crispy.
- Allow to cool briefly, slice into portions, and serve.
