Recipe Idea: Burger
Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg of beef for grinding
- 6 slices of cheese
- Salad
- Pickled Cucumbers
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- Burger Buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation::
- Grind the beef, season with salt and pepper, and shape into patties weighing about 160 g each. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cut the onions into rings, slice the tomatoes, and wash the lettuce.
- Sauté the onions in a pan with olive oil and sugar until golden brown.
- Cut the burger buns in half and briefly toast the cut sides.
- Sear the patties on both sides over high heat. Top with onions and cheese, and if necessary, broil at 180 °C for 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom halves of the buns and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Place the patties on top. Spread mayonnaise on the top halves of the buns and assemble the burgers.

Recipe Idea: Tomato and Mozzarella Pita
Ingredients:
- 2 pita breads
- 2 balls of mozzarella (about 250 g)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons green pesto
- 1 handful of arugula
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Slice the mozzarella, wash the tomatoes, and slice them as well.
- Carefully cut open the pita breads and spread 2 tablespoons of pesto on the inside of each one.
- Divide the arugula, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices evenly among the pita breads. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Lightly brush the outside of the pita breads with olive oil.
- Grill the stuffed pitas in a preheated contact grill for 3 to 5 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy and the mozzarella has melted.
- Let it cool briefly, cut it in half, and serve it warm.
