FLUFFY PANCAKES WITH SEASONAL FRUITS

The ultimate brunch idea for fall: It' s starting to get colder outside and the leaves are starting to change color. Bring autumn right to your plate with these delicious pancakes.

Ingredients:

250 g low-fat quark
100 g flour
100 ml milk
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Fresh fruit of your choice (our suggestion for autumn: plums or apples)
Honey

How to prepare:

Mix the low-fat quark, flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and blend with a mixer for two to three minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
Put small blobs of dough on the Crêpes Maker and bake it until it´s golden brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, wash the fruits and cut them into small pieces.
Stack the finished pancakes on a plate, top with fruits and garnish with a bit of honey.
