Pancake preparation with ingredients, pancake machine and bowl with batter

Are you a pancake lover? Then try our delicious pancake recipe!

Ingredients:  

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit of your choice (our suggestion for autumn: plums or apples)
  • Honey

How to prepare:

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and blend with a mixer for two to three minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Put small blobs of dough on the Crêpes Maker and bake it until it´s golden brown on both sides. 
  3. Meanwhile, wash the fruits and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate, top with fruits and garnish with a bit of honey.
