Ab in den Krug mit Eis, Zitrone und Sprudelwasser. Das Ergebnis: Meine neue Lieblingslimonade für den Sommer. Unbedingt abspeichern und ausprobieren.

Recipe Idea: Mango-Pineapple Soda

Ingredients:

Fruit Base

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 200 g pineapple, diced
  • 120 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water

For the pitcher

  • 1–1.5 liters chilled sparkling mineral water
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 mango, finely diced
  • 200 g pineapple, finely diced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Preparation:

  1. Place the mango, pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and 200 ml of sparkling mineral water in a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Pour the fruit mixture into a large pitcher.
  3. Add the ice cubes, mango and pineapple pieces, and lemon slices.
  4. Top off with chilled mineral water and stir briefly.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Tip: For an extra burst of freshness, chill all ingredients well before preparing.

Zuerst wird der Behälter des Mixers mit Wasser gefüllt, dann wird der Deckel aufgesetzt und die Zutaten wie Eiswürfel, gefrorene Himbeeren, Banane und Milch hinzugefügt. Anschließend wird der Mixer eingeschaltet und der Smoothie zubereitet, der dann in ein Glas gegossen wird.
