Enjoy the full flavour of pumpkin and banana in a creamy smoothie – gently blended under vacuum for vibrant colour, intense aroma and extra freshness.
 

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 200 g cooked pumpkin (e.g. Hokkaido or butternut)
  • 1 ripe banana (for sweetness and creaminess)
  • 250 ml milk or plant-based drink (e.g. oat, almond, cashew)
  • 2 dates or 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg or ginger

Preparation:

  1. Puree cooked or steamed pumpkin with a little water to make pumpkin purée.
