The World Cup kicks off on 11 June in Mexico City, and until the final on 19 July, everything will revolve around the beautiful game. Today, we have put together a few tips for you so that you can also enjoy this sporting mega-event to the full in a culinary sense.

Our Favourite Recipes
Grilled Vegetables with Chicken
Ingredients
- Marinated chicken
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 aubergine
Preparation
- Wash the vegetables. Deseed the peppers and cut them into strips; slice or chop the courgette and aubergine into pieces.
- Place the vegetables evenly into one basket of the AirFry DuoChef.
- Place the marinated chicken into the second basket.
- Select the "Chicken" automatic programme for the chicken (180°C, approx. 10 minutes) and the "Vegetables" programme for the vegetables (170°C, approx. 20 minutes).
- Thanks to the separate controls, both baskets can be adjusted individually. The HOLD function ensures that both zones finish at the same time: the programme with the shorter cooking time starts automatically at a later point.
- Once the cooking time is over, arrange everything together on a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Crispy Potatoes with Guacamole
Ingredients – Crispy Potatoes
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tsp Ostmann Let’s Do Airfryer Pommes seasoning
Ingredients – Guacamole
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes, then halve or quarter them depending on their size and cut into wedges.
- Place in a bowl and toss with the olive oil and seasoning.
- Spread the potatoes evenly onto a baking tray and bake in the AirFry DuoChef at 200°C for approx. 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- For the guacamole, place the avocado, garlic, parsley, and olive oil into a blender.
- Season with salt and pepper and blend until creamy and a smooth dip forms.
- Serve the crispy potatoes together with the fresh guacamole.
Perfect as a snack or a side dish!
Parmesan Gnocchi Salad
Ingredients – Salad & Gnocchi
- 500 g gnocchi (chilled)
- 1 pepper
- A little Parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 large tomato
- Fresh salad leaves
Ingredients – Dressing
- 300 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh and dried herbs
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Place the gnocchi into a bowl and season with the pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Parmesan and olive oil and toss everything together well.
- Bake the gnocchi in the AirFry 6.0 at 200°C for approx. 15 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, wash the salad leaves and chop the tomato into pieces.
- Arrange both on a plate or in a large bowl.
- For the dressing, place the natural yoghurt, mustard, and honey into a blender.
- Add the herbs as well as salt and pepper, and blend everything together.
- Scatter the crispy gnocchi over the salad, add the dressing, and mix everything well.
Grilled Vegetables with Herbed Quark
Ingredients – Grilled Vegetables
- 1 courgette
- 1 pepper
- A handful of mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Ostmann Let’s Do Airfryer Gemüße seasoning
Ingredients – Herbed Quark
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Ostmann Let’s Do Kräuter Dip seasoning
- Fresh parsley
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Roughly chop the courgette, pepper, and mushrooms, and place them into a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil and the seasoning mix, and toss everything together well.
- Spread the vegetables onto a baking tray and bake in the AirFry DuoChef using the oven mode at 195°C for approx. 20 minutes until lightly roasted on the outside and juicy on the inside.
- For the herbed quark, place the low-fat quark, milk, and seasoning into a blender.
- Add the fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, as well as salt and pepper, and blend until creamy and beautifully light and fluffy.
- Serve the warm grilled vegetables together with the cool herbed quark.
A light and absolutely delicious combination!
