Delivery times and shipping costs
We deliver our items to Germany and to the countries listed below. If your country is not listed in the table, you will find a list of our international distributors here.
Shipping within Germany is serviced by DHL with free shipping for orders of 100,- Euro or more. Orders under a value of 100,- Euro will be charged with shipping costs of 6,90 Euro for deliveries within Germany. The prices for international dispatch are as. All shown prices include VAT.
Delivery times within Germany are 1-3 working days, 3-5 working days to Austria and 4-8 working days to any other mentioned country. In case of payment in advance the period of delivery commences after receipt of payment. Any deviating delivery times for single items we will indicate separately in the online shop.
Delivery by freight forwarder:
Free curbside to the EU countries shown, mainland (delivery to place of installation or to the apartment/ house is not possible)
The large appliances (e.g. wine coolers) are delivered by freight forwarder within four to eight working days in Germany and within six to ten working days in the EU countries on a one-way pallet.
The prices for delivery abroad can be found in the list below. All prices quoted include VAT.
The forwarding agent will announce the delivery by telephone notification. The indication of a mobile number in the order process is important.
If there is an exchange or a return, we ask you to repack the device and return it with the one-way pallet. Unfortunately, this is not possible in any other way. A return is also carried out by a freight forwarder.
