The BaristaChef Inox Pro provides 34 precise grind settings to suit every brewing method and coffee speciality – from the coarser grind for French press to the extra-fine powder used for espresso or Turkish coffee. It can also produce exceptionally fine coffee powder (< 0.355 mm), making it perfectly suited for commercial portafilter machines. Thanks to its innovative Zero Retention technology, you receive freshly ground coffee every time, free from old residues – for a truly impeccable flavour experience.

Individual dosing for single and double cup quantities is controlled in 0.1-second increments via the precise grinding time (Single Cup: 3–25 sec, Double Cup: 10–50 sec). For added convenience, the memory function provides five personalised storage options for your preferred grinding times. The grinder also includes a collection container with advanced anti-static technology to prevent coffee grounds from adhering to surfaces. The BaristaChef Inox Pro is equipped with two modular portafilter holders for portafilters with diameters of 51 mm and 58 mm, making it the perfect match for the elegant design portafilter machines of the EspressoGourmet range.
