The countdown has begun, Christmas is coming. Perfect to gift something homemade to your loved ones. Our delicious granola is quickly made and has that inimitable taste of Christmas that you just want to share.

Christmas granola with cinnamon, speculaas spice and lots of crunch!

Ingredients:

  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g almonds
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 30 g flaxseed 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp speculaas spice

How to prepare: 

Chop the nuts into small bits and mix all ingredients (except the maple syrup and coconut oil) in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil, add the maple syrup and mix everything properly. Bake for about 15 minutes at 160°C.

Granola is being baked in a toaster oven. The granola is placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The oven is set to a high temperature and the granola is baked until golden brown. The baked granola is then poured into glass jars.
