Recipe idea: Pizza bowl
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp Italian spice mix
- 3x basil stalks
- 1 ½ garlic cloves
- 15g dried tomatoes
- 1 cherry tomato
- 15g Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ Yellow bell bell pepper
- 1x red onion
- 80g mozzarella
- 2 green olives
- 2 black olives
- 1 red olive
- Salami sticks
- Pureed tomatoes without pieces
Preparation:
- Cut the peppers, Parmesan and mozzarella into small pieces.
- Slice the salami, cherry tomato and olives.
- Remove the skins from the onions and garlic cloves.
- Add the parmesan, basil sprigs, onions, garlic cloves and sun-dried tomatoes with Italian herbs and mix with the tomato purée and a pinch of salt to form a coarse, homogeneous mixture.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.
- Add the milk and oil and mix.
- Spread the tomato mixture on top.
- Top with slices of salami, olives, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Set the microwave to approx. 13 minutes and then enjoy.
