Thanks to sophisticated technology, the CASO Design maturing cabinets are particularly easy to use and only require a power socket for operation.

Equipped with a high-quality stainless steel front, the CASO DryAged Master is a real eye-catcher. The compressor maturing cabinets are operated intuitively via the touch control panel. The temperature is electronically adjustable from 2 - 14 °C (in 1 °C increments) and the humidity can be regulated between 50-85 %. Thanks to the integrated H₂O storage tank, this is even possible without a water connection. Active fans ensure a very even temperature and 3-layer UV glass protects the valuable DryAged meat.
Your premium meat matures under hygienically perfect conditions in the DryAged Master from CASO Design until it has reached the desired degree of maturity. Thanks to the integrated activated charcoal filter, the antibacterial UV light and the intelligent air flow, harmful bacteria and germs don't stand a chance. The integrated lock allows the panoramic glass door to be locked if required. The DryAged Master comes with several grids and a hanging rack with stainless steel meat hooks. With the accessories supplied, large pieces of meat, for example, can be hung on the bone or placed on one of the grids supplied.
