- Chop the onions and spring onions into small pieces. Mix the sour cream, crème fraîche and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the openings of the pretzels. Spread the onions, spring onions and bacon over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180° C for approx. 4-5 minutes on the bake function of the AirFry Chef.
Perfekt as a base: Bavarian potato salad
Ingredients:
- 600 g firm potatoes
- 100 g bacon (sliced)
- 2 onions
- 50 g butter
- 150 ml veal stock, 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. medium hot mustard
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- salt, white pepper from the mill
How to prepare:
- Peel 600 g firm potatoes and cut into 3 mm slices. Steam in the Steam Chef for approx. 15 minutes.
- Dice the bacon and peeled onions into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown. Douse with the white wine vinegar and the stock. Add the mustard and stir in. Simmer the broth for 3 minutes at reduced heat.
- Then add the oil, while constantly stirring.
- Pour the hot marinade over the potato slices, and mix the ingredients thoroughly together. Tip: the warm marinade binds the potato salad, giving it a slight viscosity.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper and leave to stand for at least 2 hours. Finally, chop the parsley and mix into the salad.
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside: Wiesn-Hendl chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chickens (approx. 1100 g each)

- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 150 g Butterschmalz
- 2 eggs (size M)
- Sweet paprika powder
- salt, pepper
How to prepare:
- Cut the breasts off the chicken and divide them in half. Separate the drumsticks, dividing them at the joint. Remove the skin if desired. Season all the pieces well with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Whisk the eggs in a deep dish. Put the coarsely ground flour and breadcrumbs on two plates. Turn the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Melt the clarified butter over a low heat. Generously baste the chicken with the fat.
- Then spread the pieces on a baking tray and bake in the AirFry Chef at 180° C for approx. 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.
- Drain the roast chicken on kitchen paper.
