The cordless multi-shredder is ready for use anywhere. This creates plenty of room for creativity and more space to work. The blade unit with four stainless steel blades chops and purees vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, nuts and much more quickly and easily. The easy-to-use "Chop & Go" comes with a 1.0 liter glass jar, non-slip mat and storage lid and makes working uncomplicated - perfect for everyday use in the kitchen and ideal for on the go!
With emulsifying disk for whipping & blending
The stylish design chopper "Chop & Go" offers two speed levels (up to 2,300 rpm) and an emulsifying disk for whipping and blending whipped cream, dips or dressings, for example. A spatula and USB-C charging cable are also included. The long-lasting lithium-ion battery has a runtime of up to 60 minutes, depending on the filling quantity and speed level. For a better overview, a battery status indicator is integrated via a white light with charging indicator.
Recipe idea: Pumpkin and feta pasta
Ingredients:
- 400 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- 50 ml cooking cream
- Spices: Salt & pepper, nutmeg, parsley
And this is how it works:
- Put all the ingredients except the cooking cream, roughly chopped, into an oven dish and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. (Note: every oven is different).
- After 30 minutes, transfer the ingredients from the oven dish to a blender. Add the cooking cream and a ladle of pasta water and blend to the desired consistency.

We prepared our apple filling using the Chop & Go multi-shredder from Caso Design. A great appliance that can be used anywhere without a cable.
Recipe for 10 pieces
Ingredients for the brioche dough:
- 500 g type 405 wheat flour
- 20 g fresh yeast or a bag of dry yeast
- 90 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 1 vanilla sugar
- Grated zest of 0.5 organic lemon
- 1 egg
- Approx. 250 ml lukewarm milk
after kneading:
- 100 g chocolate drops
Ingredients for the filling:
- 200 ml apple juice
- 25 g custard powder vanilla
- 30 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 apples (approx. 250g)
For spreading:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons milk
Preparation:
- For the brioche dough, knead all the ingredients into a soft, non-sticky dough. Allow the dough to knead for 10 minutes. Add the chocolate chips in the last minute and knead in carefully. Cover and leave to rest for approx. 60 minutes.
- For the apple filling, mix the custard powder with a little apple juice. Bring the remaining apple juice to the boil and stir in the custard powder. Bring to the boil once and leave to cool.
- Place the apples, apple pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Divide the brioche dough into 10 portions on a floured surface. Roll out each portion into an oval shape as shown in the video. Cut the ends of the dough, spread with the apple filling and roll up. Place in a baking tin lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rest for a further 40 minutes.
- Mix the egg yolk and milk. Brush the moulded pieces of dough and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
