Fan Potatoes with Curry Parmesan Dip
Ingredients (for approx. 4 portions):
- 16 medium-sized potatoes
- 10 ml vinegar mixed with 20ml water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Sea salt
For the Dip:
- 50 g Parmesan
- 200 g crème fraîche, 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp sugar
- Pepper, salt
- 2 tbsp chives
Preparation:
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then make fan-shaped cuts without cutting through.
- Brush the potatoes with the vinegar-water mixture and oil.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, place the potatoes on it, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Turn on the fryer, select the fries setting, and set it to 190°C. Depending on the size of the potatoes, they will be ready in 25-35 minutes, perfectly crispy.
- For the dip, finely mix Parmesan, crème fraîche, cream cheese, and spices in the "Chop & Go" multi-chopper. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
- 600 g flour, 20 g fresh yeast
- 200 ml milk, 60 g sugar
- 1 egg, 75 g butter
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 1 pinch of pumpkin spice, 1 pinch of salt, ½ tbsp cinnamon
For the Filling:
- 125 g soft butter
- 175 g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
Preparation:
- Warm the milk to 37 °C, mix yeast and sugar, and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter, combine remaining dough ingredients in the kitchen machine, add yeast mixture, and knead to a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rest covered in a warm place for an hour.
- Knead the dough briefly, divide into two parts (for smaller cinnamon rolls), and roll out the first half into a rectangle.
- Spread with soft butter. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle evenly over the dough.
- Roll up from the long side and cut into even rolls.
- Place rolls with some space in a small baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 °C in the air fryer (perfect for smaller portions).
- Brush with icing and enjoy warm.
Donut Balls with Vanilla Cream Filling
Ingredients (for approx. 24 balls):
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 15 g fresh yeast
- 60 g sugar, 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 50 ml warm milk, 60 g low-fat quark
- 1 egg, 50 g butter
- ½ tbsp grated lemon zest
- 3 tbsp sugar, ½ tbsp cinnamon
For the Filling:
- 250 ml milk
- 20 g vanilla pudding powder
- 30 g sugar, 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 100 ml whipped cream, whipped
Preparation:
- Knead all yeast dough ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest covered for about 60 minutes.
- For the vanilla cream, cook vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and milk, let it cool, and fold in whipped cream. Chill.
- Divide the dough into 24 portions, shape them round, and flatten slightly. Let the balls rest for 25 minutes.
- In the air fryer, bake balls at 160 °C for about 6 minutes (2 basket loads).
- Brush balls with melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Fill with vanilla cream and enjoy!
BBQ Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 180 ml soy milk
- 60 ml water
- 100 g flour
- Garlic powder, paprika powder, salt
- Barbecue sauce
Preparation:
- Wash cauliflower and cut into florets.
- Mix milk, water, flour, and spices in a bowl.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the marinade and place in the air fryer.
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- Brush cauliflower florets with barbecue sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice and extra barbecue sauce.
