The B 1800 PowerBlender Set shines with top marks

Versatile all-rounder

Stand mixers have long been part of the standard equipment in a good kitchen, as they can be used to prepare a wide range of dishes. In its latest issue, ETM Testmagazin tested various appliances and awarded the B 1800 PowerBlender Set from CASO Design the top rating of ‘very good’.

The designer blender in a high-quality stainless steel housing has a powerful 1800 watt motor with an infinitely variable speed of up to 28,000 rpm and a robust 6-fold blade with a golden titanium coating. The B 1800 PowerBlender purees fruit and vegetables in no time at all, effortlessly produces crushed ice or crushes coffee beans and nuts.
‘As you have a choice of 9 speed settings, the speed of the blades can be finely adjusted to the texture of different foods’, says ETM Testmagazin. There are also 4 buttons that can be used to start one of the 3 automatic programmes and use the pulse function. The design blender therefore offers a much wider range of functions than other appliances in the test and also scores points for its ease of use. ‘All of this is completely effortless; the blender can be operated intuitively, so you don't have to look at the operating instructions.’ 

Extensive range of accessories

The extensive range of accessories - including a Mix & Go drinking bottle, a pusher and a chopper - also impressed the testers. ‘Thanks to the chopper included in the scope of delivery, great results are achieved, especially when grinding: Pepper is ground to a uniformly fine powder in no time at all.’ The crushed ice and smoothie programmes also perform well. ‘Hard ingredients are also not a problem, so you can also prepare appealing almond milk, for example.’  
The testers see an additional plus in the easy cleaning of all parts of the blender - not a matter of course in the test environment and ‘a convenience that should not be underestimated.’
Conclusion: The B 1800 PowerBlender Set is a high-quality blender with lots of accessories, which can be used to process large quantities of food at the same time thanks to the 1.75 litre blender jug.
