Thanks to the integrated core temperature sensor, you can now prepare any grilled food with pinpoint accuracy. The SteakMaster Pro determines the exact core temperature so that your meat, poultry, fish or vegetables are always cooked exactly as you want them. No more unpleasant surprises - you can be sure of the perfect grill result. Thanks to the manually adjustable temperature of 80 to 240 °C and the timer of up to 60 minutes, the grill can be controlled entirely according to your needs.

Versatility for any grilled food
Thanks to its 5-in-1 function, you can use the grill as required. As a contact grill, it fries paninis and sandwiches until golden brown and crispy. As a full grill plate and half grill plate, it is perfect for larger barbecue parties and XXL barbecue enjoyment. When you unfold the grill, it transforms into an XXL tabletop grill with an impressive grilling surface of around 1,632 cm². This size is perfect for grilling several portions at the same time, ideal for families or barbecues with friends.
Easy cleaning thanks to non-stick coating
The SteakMaster Pro is not only powerful, but also easy to clean. The removable grill plates have a high-quality non-stick coating, which ensures that your food does not stick. Both plates - one ribbed and one smooth - are PFAS-free and dishwasher-safe. This makes cleaning up after grilling a breeze. The grill is also equipped with a removable grease drip tray that collects dripping grease and oil, making cleaning even easier.

The SteakMaster Pro offers you user-friendly operation via a digital touch control panel. The practical program selection for burgers/panini, poultry, sausage, meat, fish and vegetables makes grilling particularly easy. With just a few clicks, you can select the right program for your food and sit back while the grill does the work. For even more flexibility, you can also set the temperature and grilling time manually to achieve the perfect grilling result.
Recipe idea: Trout with green asparagus from the Steakmaster Pro
Ingredients:
- 2 trout
- 500 g green asparagus
- 20 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation:
- Switch the CASO Steakmaster Pro to the “Fish” setting and preheat.
- Prepare the trout: Slightly score the skin on both sides, rub with olive oil and season generously with coarse sea salt.
- Cut half of the lemon into thin slices and stuff the trout. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
- Place the trout on the hot grill, close the lid and leave to cook.
- In the meantime, prepare the asparagus: cut off the woody ends, place the asparagus in a bowl.
- Marinate with olive oil, the juice of the remaining half lemon, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic.
- As soon as the trout is cooked, remove from the grill and leave to rest briefly.
- Place the marinated asparagus on the grill, close the lid and cook for approx. 10 minutes until tender but still firm to the bite.
- Serve the trout and asparagus together and serve immediately - fresh, simple and perfect from the grill!
Recipe idea: Meat skewers with cheese baguette
Ingredients:
- 500 g mixed minced meat (beef & pork)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Mediterranean spices (e.g. oregano, thyme, rosemary) ½ tsp chilli flakes 4 wooden or metal skewers oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 4 wooden or metal skewers
- 1 baguette (divided into 4 pieces, cut lengthwise)
- 150-200 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda, Emmental or mozzarella)
Preparation:
- Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, Mediterranean spices and chilli flakes and mix well.
- Press the seasoned mixture evenly around the skewers and shape into firm meat rolls.
- Preheat the CASO Steakmaster Pro to 200 °C and set the integrated thermometer to a core temperature of 56 °C.
- Place the skewers on the hot grill, close the lid and cook until the target temperature is reached.
- In the meantime, slice the baguette lengthways and toast as desired.
- Place a meat skewer in each baguette (skewer can be removed before serving).
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meat and place the toasted baguette halves back on the grill.
- Close the lid and grill until the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
