Versatile preparation options for every meal
With a microwave output of 900 watts and the innovative High Convection hot air technology up to 240 °C, the CASO HCMG 25 opens up a wide range of preparation options. Whether crispy pizzas, freshly baked bread rolls or juicy casseroles - thanks to the High Convection function, every dish turns out perfectly. The microwave power ensures fast heating, while the hot air technology ensures even browning. The combination of microwave and hot air makes the CASO HCMG 25 a true all-rounder that leaves nothing to be desired.
Intuitive operation and convenient handling
Operating the CASO HCMG 25 is child's play thanks to the intuitive controls with easy-to-understand pictograms. The user-friendly interface enables quick and uncomplicated preparation without having to get lost in complicated menus. The large glass turntable with a diameter of 31.5 cm ensures that food is heated and cooked evenly. This makes the microwave not only functional, but also extremely user-friendly.

Recipe idea: White chocolate berry tart
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
- 100 g cold butter (diced)
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 20 g almond flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 egg
Berry filling:
- 300 g frozen raspberry and blueberry mix
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 100 ml water
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
White chocolate ganache:
- 300 g white chocolate coating (chopped)
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g butter (diced)
Also:
- CASO microwave
- 22 cm tart tin
- Butter & flour for greasing
- Baking paper & pulses
Preparation:
- Mix the flour, almond flour, sugar, lemon zest, salt and butter in a mixer to a sandy consistency. Add the egg, knead, wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C hot air. Grease the tart tin. Roll out the dough, place in the tin, prick the base. Blind bake for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
- Bring the berries, sugar, starch, water and lemon juice to the boil and allow to thicken. Pour into the tart, leave to cool.
- Heat the couverture, cream and butter in the microwave for 90-120 seconds, stir until smooth. Pour onto the berry mixture, smooth down, chill.
- Remove from the mold before serving and decorate as desired.
