Germany is a juice nation: around 33 liters are consumed per capita every year - more than anywhere else in the world. Juices contain many nutrients and are considered healthy. But not all juices are the same: if you want to get as many nutrients as possible, it's best to enjoy your juice freshly squeezed.
It is well known that fruit and vegetables play a key role in a healthy diet. However, in our hectic everyday lives, we often don't have enough time to include them in our diet. Freshly squeezed juices are a good alternative for absorbing important vitamins, minerals and trace elements. They are therefore a valuable addition to a healthy diet.
There are different methods of juicing fruit and vegetables. Slow juicing is particularly gentle: slow juicing reduces the development of heat so that valuable vitamins, enzymes, trace elements and minerals are preserved. An additional plus: the juice yield with slow juicing is up to 30 percent higher than with conventional juicers.
The slow juicers from CASO Design get the best out of fruit and vegetables and are suitable for both hard and soft fruit. The result is a fresh, homogeneous and rich juice that not only tastes delicious and aromatic, but is also particularly rich in vitamins and nutrients - perfect for a good start to the day or as a vitamin kick in between meals.
Many people also swear by juice cleanses to detoxify the body. In fact, these effects of the currently booming, widely advertised and often expensive detox programs are not scientifically proven. A healthy body can generally "cleanse" itself, i.e. eliminate unwanted substances via organs such as the liver, kidneys, intestines, skin and respiratory system. However, freshly squeezed juices from fruit and vegetables provide valuable vital substances and are a good way to strengthen the immune system and improve general well-being.
The CASO Design Slow Juicer SJW 500 offers a real vitamin kick. With slow juicing, fruit, vegetables and herbs are juiced particularly gently so that valuable nutrients are retained. The juice yield is 30% higher compared to conventional juicers.

To the CP 330 Pro citrus juicerIngredients (for approx. 750ml):
Preparation:
Tip: For a more intense flavor and additional spiciness, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ginger shot. This gives the shot a pleasant kick and enhances the invigorating effect of the ginger. Alternatively, you can stir in a teaspoon of honey to achieve a slightly sweeter note while balancing out the spiciness of the ginger.
Pomace as an ingredient for muesli, soups & co.
The pomace left over from juicing is perfect for adding to muesli, soups, salads or muffins, for example.
Ingredients (for 6 pieces):
Preparation:
Pure fruit juices should be avoided as far as possible due to their high sugar content. Vegetable juices, which also contain more minerals, are much better. They can of course also be mixed with a (small) proportion of fruit juice. This is very easy with the slowjuicers from CASO Design: simply close the juice spout and the juices are mixed directly in the sieve compartment.
Ingredients (for approx. 1 liter of juice):
Preparation:
Wash the apples, cucumber and kale, peel the lime and place all the ingredients in the juicer. Serve with fresh mint.
