Intense aroma and perfect crema: the new EspressoGourmet Latte from CASO Design promises coffee just like from a barista - in the comfort of your own home. ETM Testmagazin rated the high-quality portafilter machine as “very good” in its 12/2024 issue.
Whether full-bodied espresso, aromatic café crema, perfect latte macchiato or creamy cappuccino - with the EspressoGourmet Latte you can prepare delicious espresso-based coffee specialties. You can also top off your favorite drink with delicious milk foam, which can be prepared with all types of milk and milk alternatives. The testers also liked this: “A huge advantage of the machine is its milk foam system,” was the verdict. “After connecting and selecting Cappuccino & Co. the model does everything by itself.” Preparation is therefore extremely easy and the quality of the froth “does not depend on personal skill during the frothing process.”

The EspressoGourmet Latte also impresses in terms of quality. “The materials used in the machine are very solid in all parts”, and ”the control panel is also of a very appealing quality, which could be felt during the operating process.” The clear design of the control panel impressed the testers, as did the “very appealing Quick Start Guide, which contains clear explanations on how to use the machine (i.e. brewing, foaming, etc.).”
The EspressoGourmet Latte's extensive range of accessories includes a heavy metal tamper, which makes the tamping process “a breeze”, “as you can enjoy an excellent grip and can therefore press it down into the powder very powerfully.” The elegant portafilter machine also comes with two double-walled and two single-walled stainless steel filter inserts for one and two cups as well as a filter insert for environmentally friendly E.S.E. pods. “Changing the filters proved to be very convenient: they can be levered out effortlessly”, was the verdict of the testers.
