Recipe idea: Pan-fried lasagne
Ingredients:
- 250g minced beef
- 1 bell bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 500ml strained tomatoes
- 500ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- Spices of your choice
- 7 lasagne sheets
- 100ml cream
- 100g grated mozzarella
Preparation:
- Chop the vegetables and fry briefly in a pan with the tomato purée.
- Add the minced meat and fry.
- Deglaze with the tomato purée, water and spices and simmer for a few minutes over a low heat.
- Spread the lasagne sheets on top and simmer with the lid closed until they are cooked through.
- Finally, spread the cream and cheese on top and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted.
