Innovative thanks to microwave reflector
The MCG 30 Ceramic Chef impresses with its flat borosilicate glass base with microwave reflector, which ensures even distribution of the microwaves. This means that your food is heated evenly and optimally without the need for a turntable. This maximizes the usable surface area so that even large and angular casserole dishes can be easily accommodated. The smooth surface of the base also makes cleaning particularly easy and convenient.
Microwave, convection and grill
With an output of 900 watts for the microwave, 1100 watts for the grill and an impressive 2100 watts for the real oven hot air, the MCG 30 Ceramic Chef offers incredible versatility. The ten hot air settings, ranging from 110 to 200 °C, enable precise baking and roasting, while the five microwave power settings ensure fast and efficient heating. The preheating function ensures that your dishes can be prepared with even greater precision.

Automatic cooking programs
The nine automatic cooking programs make cooking with the MCG 30 Ceramic Chef child's play. Whether you want to steam vegetables, grill meat or bake bread - the preset programs take the work off your hands and ensure optimum results. In addition, four combination programs for microwave and hot air and two combination programs for microwave and grill are available to make full use of the appliance's versatility.
Ease of use and design
The MCG 30 Ceramic Chef is not only powerful, but also extremely user-friendly. The stainless steel interior with a capacity of around 30 liters offers enough space for all your creations and is perfectly illuminated by interior lighting. The digital display and 95-minute timer with end signal ensure easy handling, while the sound on/off function can be individually adjusted.

Recipe idea: Lemon happiness - lemon cake from the microwave
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 85 g soft butter
- 90 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- zest of 2 organic lemons
- 65 g yoghurt
- 160 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 180 ml whole milk
For the topping:
- 4 tbsp lemon curd
- Colorful sprinkles
- Meringue tuffs and mint leaves if desired
In addition:
- Microwave, e.g. MCG 30 Ceramic Chef (microwave + hot air + grill)
- 18 springform pan (microwave-safe)
- Butter for greasing
Preparation:
- Grease the springform pan.
- Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla and lemon zest until creamy.
- Stir in the yogurt.
- Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into the batter, add the milk and mix briefly.
- Pour the batter into the tin, smooth out and cook in the microwave at the highest setting (P9 00) for 7 minutes.
- Test with a skewer, if necessary, cook in 10-30 second increments.
- Leave the cake to cool on a rack.
- Serve: Remove the cake from the tin, spread with lemon curd and garnish with sprinkles, meringue tuffs and mint as desired.
Meringue tufts:
- 60 g egg whites
- 120 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Beat the egg whites, slowly add the sugar, salt and vanilla and continue beating until the mixture is glossy.
- Using a piping bag, pipe puffs onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the MCG 25 Ceramic Chef at 100 °C for 60 minutes, then leave to dry for an hour.
