Thanks to the innovative CASOTEK® base with microwave reflector and the diamond-shaped rear wall, the waves are distributed particularly evenly and efficiently so that the food is heated optimally.

Multi-stage cooking and easy operation
The M 20 Ceramic Gourmet redefines the possibilities of your kitchen preparation. With eight automatic programs, including special programs for vegetables, fish and pizza, as well as a practical defrost function, it offers a wide range of culinary options. In addition, the multi-stage cooking function enables individual combinations of cooking processes - be it defrosting followed by a microwave treatment or two microwave cycles with different power levels. Operation is child's play thanks to the rotary controls, buttons and clear white LED display with clock.
Recipe idea: Crispy cheese and bacon wrap
Ingredients:
- 4 large tortilla flatbreads or wraps
- 200 g thinly sliced bacon
- 2 cups grated cheese (your choice, e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- Fresh herbs to taste (e.g. parsley or chives)
- Optional: tomato slices, avocado or other favorite ingredients for the filling
Preparation:
- Lay out the thin slices of bacon evenly on a large microwave plate. Use the defrost function on the M 20 Ceramic Gourmet to gently defrost and soften the bacon.
- Place the tortilla flatbreads or wraps on a clean work surface. Spread the grated cheese generously over the flatbreads.
- Take the defrosted bacon and place it on top of the cheese. Add fresh herbs, tomato slices, avocado or other desired ingredients as desired.
- Roll the patties or wraps tightly together to form the delicious parcel.
- Use the M 20 Ceramic Gourmet for the final cooking. Use the multi-stage cooking method by first using the defrost function and then switching to a suitable microwave setting to melt the cheese and fry the bacon until crispy. Make sure that the patties are not left in the microwave for too long to achieve the desired texture.
- Once the cheese is melted and the bacon is crispy, remove your Crispy Cheese Bacon Wraps. Leave to cool briefly and cut into manageable pieces.
