We're celebrating fall and this spicy pumpkin feta dip with walnuts and fresh thyme.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 package feta cheese
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g pumpkin puree
  • Fresh thyme
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Honey

How to prepare:

  1. Blend feta, yogurt, pumpkin puree and the honey with the UZ 400 until you get a fluffy and creamy mixture. Then chill for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. Place the finished dip in a bowl or deep plate, smooth and garnish with honey, chopped walnuts and some thyme and serve with fresh baguette.
