High-quality workmanship and full vacuum power
With a fast and powerful 4-piston vacuum pump with 70l/min, the CASO VacuChef 50 uses a double weld seam to vacuum hard, soft, dry and liquid foods easily. The chamber size measures 310×90×220 mm and has a volume of approx. 4 l. The high-quality manometer displays the current vacuum in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum bags are fixed to a secure positioning by the integrated clamping bracket. The high-quality stainless-steel housing and the lid made of robust tempered glass with soft close complete the high-quality workmanship of the compact chamber vacuum system.
Versatile functions and individual vacuuming processes
In addition to the automatic vacuum functions, the vacuum and sealing function can be individually set with a vacuum time of 5 – 60 seconds and a sealing time of 3-9 seconds. By using the marinating function, meat, fish, or vegetables are intensively marinated within just a few seconds. Seal bags with a max. width of 30 cm can be used for vacuuming in the chamber. For particularly large foods, it is also possible to vacuum seal them in a structured vacuum bag outside the vacuum chamber. If you want to expand the classic vacuum function, you can also use the hose connection to vacuum containers or Vacu ZIP bags (adapter required). The package includes 30 sealed-rim bags with 28 × 25 cm, a spare seal and a vacuum hose.
