Start the day stress-free - with a healthy, prepared breakfast
Baked Oats 🥣
Ingredients:
- 150 g rolled oats
- Approx. 350 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp linseed
- blueberries
- strawberries
- cinnamon
- Dried fruit powder
Preparation:
- Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the eggs. Add the rolled oats and milk and mix everything together. Stir in the linseed, spices and berries and bake for 20-25 minutes at 175°C in the air fryer.
- The baked oats can be easily prepared and baked in the vacuum containers and then packed in airtight containers to keep them fresh for several days. The perfect meal prep breakfast!

Chocolate Baked Oats 🥣🍫
Recipe from epifood
Ingredients per serving:
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2-1 grated banana, mashed into mush
- 2 tsp liquid coconut oil
- 1 egg
- approx. 75 ml oat drink
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 25 g dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
- Except for the chopped chocolate, put all the dry ingredients into the VacuBoxx Eco-S and mix.
- Now add the liquid ingredients and mix everything well.
- Spread the chopped chocolate on top and stir in gently.
- Now bake in the oven at 160°C fan oven for 25-30 minutes until the dough has risen nicely and is cooked through.
- Top as desired, vacuum seal and enjoy the next day.
Rice pudding 🍚

Ingredients:
- 100 g rice flour
- 400 ml water or milk
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp acai powder
- cacao nibs
- Nuts and seeds
- honey
- lime zest
- cinnamon
Preparation:
- Grind the rice in a blender to a fine rice flour.
- Boil 100 g rice flour with 400 ml water or milk and a little sweetener, e.g. honey, to make a creamy rice porridge.
- Stir in the low-fat quark and a little cinnamon.
- Divide the rice pudding and stir the acai powder into one half.
- Pour the rice pudding into the CASO Prep Boxes and top with the remaining ingredients.
Tip: Light-coloured rice varieties such as rice pudding or basmati rice are perfect for homemade rice flour.


Chia pudding 🥭🌱
Chia seeds are rich in fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This gives you a healthy start to the day.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 125 ml milk of your choice
- Toppings of your choice (e.g. orange, mango, pomegranate seeds)
Preparation:
- Place the chia seeds in a bowl with the milk and mix well.
- Cover the mixture and place in the fridge for approx. 4 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
- Garnish with the desired toppings such as orange, mango and pomegranate seeds before serving.
