- 175 ml lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- ½ onion
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs

- Prepare pizza muffins: Knead the yeast dough briefly after the rising time and roll out into a rectangle (approx. 40 x 30 cm) on a well-floured work surface.
- Spread with the tomato sauce, leaving about 1 cm free at the top edge. Top the dough with toppings and cheese as desired.

- Place the muffins in the Airfryer and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
Fluffy homemade doughnuts ✿🎉
from dailyfamilystories
Ingredients:
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 yeast cube
- pinch of salt
- 550 g flour
- Other: jam of your choice, icing sugar
Preparation:
- Prepare the yeast dough: Pour lukewarm milk into a large bowl, stir in yeast and sugar. Leave to stand for 10 minutes until the yeast has melted.
- Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough using the cordless Click & Mix (initially sticky, becomes firmer after rising). Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in volume.
- Mould: Divide the dough into equal portions, shape into balls, flatten slightly and cut into flower-shaped Berliners. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Frying: Set induction hob TC 2400 to 160°C, heat approx. 1 litre of oil. Fry the doughnuts with the lid closed for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and continue to fry in the open pan for 1-2 minutes. This creates the light-coloured ring.
- Filling & serving: Leave the finished doughnuts to cool, fill with a piping bag, dust with icing sugar and enjoy.
