The HW 666 Inox UV delivers hot water at the right temperature and in the desired amount in just a few seconds. The temperature can be selected in 10 °C intervals from 40 – 100 °C; there are also 7 dispensing amounts (100 – 400 ml) and a continuous water dispensing function. The HW 666 Inox UV can also dispense water which has not been pre-heated. UV light disinfection reduces the number of harmful germs in the water to virtually zero. Which brewing temperatures for which type of tea?
The right temperature ensures optimum tea enjoyment. Connoisseurs know that every type of tea needs its own individual water temperature to develop the perfect taste. Boiling water would destroy delicate green and white teas.
Optimal brewing temperatures:
White tea/green tea: 70 °C
Oolong: 80 °C
Fruit tea/ herbal tea: 90 °C
Black tea: 100 °C

How is good water quality ensured?
An integrated water filter helps ensure optimal water quality. A suitable filter is already included with delivery. The filter has a capacity of approx. 160 litres and lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on water hardness and usage. Replacement filters are available in our online shop.
