Its integrated stainless-steel conical grinder delivers freshly ground coffee directly into the portafilter, minimising oxidation and preserving every nuance of flavour. Combined with the powerful 20-bar Ulka pump, it ensures full aroma development and a beautifully rich crema in every cup.
Choose from three precisely calibrated temperature settings – 90 °C, 93 °C or 96 °C – to tailor each espresso to your personal taste. For even more versatility, the innovative Cold Function allows you to prepare refreshing iced coffee drinks with ease. The automatic pre-infusion system guarantees consistently even extraction, while the high-quality stainless-steel steam wand produces wonderfully creamy, velvety milk foam for indulgent cappuccinos and latte macchiatos.
Thanks to its efficient thermoblock heating system, the EspressoGourmet & Grind is ready to use in no time. Operation is intuitive via sensor-touch controls and an elegant colour display that keeps you informed about temperature, brewing time and grinding duration at a glance.
Completing the experience is a comprehensive accessory set: two single-wall and two double-wall stainless-steel filter inserts (for one or two cups each) – backed by the CASO crema guarantee – plus a premium, extra-heavy metal tamper for perfect coffee preparation.
