Recipe idea: Pan-fried lasagne

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g minced beef
  • 1 bell bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 500ml strained tomatoes
  • 500ml water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • Spices of your choice
  • 7 lasagne sheets
  • 100ml cream
  • 100g grated mozzarella

Preparation:

  1. Chop the vegetables and fry briefly in a pan with the tomato purée.
  2. Add the minced meat and fry.
  3. Deglaze with the tomato purée, water and spices and simmer for a few minutes over a low heat.
  4. Spread the lasagne sheets on top and simmer with the lid closed until they are cooked through.
  5. Finally, spread the cream and cheese on top and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted.
