2. Send in the product
Send the purchased device together with the completed card to:

Please enclose the original packaging with all components and the original invoice or receipt.

3. Processing & review
We will review your submission upon receipt.
Processing may take up to 4 weeks.
4. Refund
After successful verification, we will refund the purchase price of the device
(minus any discounts or promotional vouchers).
