This compact commercial chamber vacuum sealer has a powerful and fast professional vacuum pump (70 litres/minute) which creates an almost 100 percent vacuum.

The VacuChef 700 is ideal for vacuum sealing hard, soft, dry or liquid food items. It creates an airtight seal, enabling hands-on, hygienic work with bagged food, and is perfect for advance food preparation and mise en place set-ups. The double weld seam ensures that bags up to 30 cm wide are securely sealed and thus also ideal for sous vide cooking. In addition to this, the negative pressure created by the vacuum allows meat, fish and more to be marinated in the blink of an eye, because aromas are taken on much faster and more intensively.

Professional vacuum sealing technology for the most demanding requirements

The VacuChef 700 has a high-quality stainless steel housing, while its curved lid is made from extra-tough tempered glass with a soft close function – making it perfect for frequent use. The vacuum chamber can be used to seal bags with an edge seal; very large items can be sealed outside the device using structured bags. A control knob can be used to adjust both the vacuum intensity and the sealing time, while the digital display panel shows the process time.
