Our favourite picnic recipes

Recipe idea: Spinach hummus
Ingredients:
- 400 g tinned chickpeas
- 100 g young spinach, fresh
- 4 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 ml tinned water
Preparation:
- Wash the spinach in iced water.
- Drain the chickpeas, reserving the tinned water.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a creamy spread. Depending on the desired consistency, add more water or olive oil as required.
- Season the hummus with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.

Recipe idea: Feta dip
Ingredients:
- 200 g feta
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation:
- Puree everything in a food processor.
- Garnish with a little olive oil and oregano and serve with fresh baguette.
