Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the sun and indulge in refreshing mocktails and delicious juices. Imagine sitting in the garden or on the balcony with the warm rays of sunshine dancing on your skin. A sparkling mocktail with fresh fruit and mint is the perfect thirst quencher right now.

Our favourite mocktails

Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • ½ lime (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • approx. 100 g watermelon flesh (seedless, diced)
  • 150-200 ml chilled Sprite
  • Ice cubes 
  • For decoration: 1 slice of lime and 1 sprig of mint

Preparation:

 

  1. Prepare the lime, mint and watermelon:
    Place the pieces of lime, mint leaves and diced melon in a sturdy glass. Carefully crush the ingredients with a pestle to release the flavours and fruit juices.
  2. Add ice:
    Top up the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with Sprite:
    Top up with well-chilled Sprite and give the mocktail a quick stir.
  4. Garnish and serve:
    Garnish the drink with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve the mocktail immediately as long as it is well chilled.

Sunrise Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml grenadine
  • 150 ml chilled orange juice
  • 50 ml Sprite (Zero)
  • Ice cubes
  • For decoration: 1 orange slice

Preparation:

  1. Fill a long drink or cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the grenadine directly over the ice cubes into the glass.
  3. Then add the orange juice.
  4. Finish the drink with a shot of chilled Sprite Zero.
  5. Garnish the mocktail with a slice of fresh orange. Serve immediately.

Summer lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 handfuls of strawberries
  • 4 lemons

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the fruit:
    Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Wash and peel the lemons too.
  2. Juice the ingredients:
    Juice the pineapple, strawberries and lemons with the JuiceFit Pro.
  3. Prepare the lemonade:
    Fill a large carafe with ice cubes, add lemon slices and strawberries. Pour the freshly squeezed juice over it.
  4. Top up with mineral water:
    Add still or sparkling mineral water according to taste and stir briefly.
