Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time without notice. To cancel a subscription, you can use the cancellation form below by entering the subscription details requested and then clicking on ‘Cancel subscription now’. Alternatively, you can log in as a customer on the right-hand side. You will then be taken to an overview of your orders and subscriptions, where you can also cancel them.

Enter your subscription information here. You will need one of the order numbers provided in the confirmation emails for the delivery intervals, the postcode of your delivery address and the email address you used to place your order or register.

Enter your email address you have registered with.

Extraordinary cancellation Extraordinary cancellation is only permitted by law in exceptional cases. It requires good cause (e.g. no longer residing in Germany), which means that you cannot reasonably be expected to continue the contract.
